We use this data strictly for Mortgage Processing Services:

  • To verify borrower eligibility and prepare loan packages for underwriting.
  • To communicate with Mortgage Brokers, Wholesale Lenders, and Title Companies.

Under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), we do not sell your personal information. We only share data with authorized third parties necessary to complete your transaction, such as:

  • The originating Mortgage Broker.
  • The funding Wholesale Lender.

  • Destruction: Documents are retained only as long as required by law and are destroyed using secure methods once that period expires.
